Our customers' satisfaction is our central concern
We apply the greatest measure of care in the development and manufacturing of our products. We would like everyone involved to enjoy the product, starting from the first planning phase, throughout the manufacturing process, and up to the sale and use of the tool by the end customer. Buyers and users of a Grizzly tool should arrive at the conviction to decide again for a Grizzly product when they make the next purchase.
Therefore our focus rests particularly on:
Our proven quality assurance system runs in a permanently integrated, multi-stage process, which consistently is being reviewed and optimised. Meanwhile the most current safety requirements are just as much a part of the testing standard as are simulated long-term and endurance tests under laboratory and practical conditions. In parallel, we ensure that the chemical pollutant limit values are kept by the materials used and we also avoid unnecessary noise emissions from the use of our tools. Ergonomic aspects and low-vibration drive technologies are in the foreground of our tool design development.
Proximity to the customer
At Grizzly, we always have an open ear for the latest trends and changes in the gardening and recreational market. This way, innovative product ideas are recognised and taken up early on, and promptly put into action. An appealing price/performance relation and convincing quality characteristics play a dominant role in our decisions. Grizzly products are built according to state-of-the-art standards. Our demands exceed the statutory requirements with regard to environmental protection, sustainability, safety and user friendliness.
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you at any time with technical questions about products to be at your side with help for resolving problems relating to complaints. We can also gladly offer our repair service to you if damage occurs on your tool after the warranty period has elapsed.
